Scope

TNE Claude MCP is a single-company internal tool operated by True North Engineering Ltd. on a single workstation owned

by the company's Principal Engineer. The application is not distributed to any third party.

Data accessed

The application authenticates to a single QuickBooks Online company file owned by TNE and reads accounting data

(invoices, customers, vendors, bills, accounts receivable, accounts payable, profit and loss, balance sheet) for the

purpose of internal financial reporting and bookkeeping assistance.

Data storage

An OAuth refresh token and QuickBooks Realm ID are stored in a local environment file on the operator's workstation.

The file is protected by Windows file permissions and BitLocker full-disk encryption. No QuickBooks transaction data

is retained outside of QuickBooks Online itself.

Data transmission

All communication with QuickBooks Online uses HTTPS via the official Intuit API endpoints.

Data sharing

TNE does not sell, share, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose any QuickBooks Online data accessed by this application

to any third party.

Retention

The OAuth refresh token is retained until the operator disconnects the integration. Disconnection is performed via

Intuit's My Connected Apps portal at any time.
