Scope

TNE Claude MCP is an internal application used solely by True North Engineering Ltd. for its own bookkeeping and

financial reporting workflows. The application is not licensed, sold, distributed, sublicensed, or otherwise made

available to any other person or entity.

Authorisation

Use of this application is restricted to the Principal Engineer of True North Engineering Ltd. acting on behalf of the

company. No other user is authorised.

QuickBooks Online

The application connects to a single QuickBooks Online company file owned by True North Engineering Ltd. The

connection is governed by Intuit's QuickBooks Online Terms of Service, which take precedence over these terms with

respect to data access and the QuickBooks Online platform.

Liability

The application is used at the operator's sole risk. True North Engineering Ltd. accepts no liability to any third

party arising from its operation, as the application is not distributed to or used by any third party.

Termination

The operator may disconnect the application from QuickBooks Online at any time via Intuit's My Connected Apps portal.

Disconnection takes effect immediately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
